Dr. M. Trinadha Rao, a distinguished Ayurvedic physician, is the founder and chief consultant of Ayurqr Ayurveda Hospital. With over 22 years of expertise in Ayurveda, he has successfully treated more than 20,000 patients, offering natural and holistic healing solutions.

Dr. Trinadha Rao holds a Master’s degree (MD in Ayurveda) from NTR Health University (2003). His passion for holistic wellness led him to complete the “Yoga Shiromani” Teacher Training Course (TTC 2000 batch) at the Sivananda International Yoga Training Center, Neyyaram, Trivandrum.

Fundamentals of Ayurveda

The ancient medical science from Vedic scriptures which explains healthy and happy living for maximum years (AYUSH) without any diseases.

The stage of an undivided combination of body, senses, mind, and soul is called Ayush. The science which explains Ayush is called Ayurveda.The balance of physical Doshas vata, pitta, kapha, dhatu, malas, and mental doshas Satwa, rajo, tamo in the human body is called Health. The unutilization or hyper utilization or wrong utilization of three seasonal activities, senses, and mind are the main causes of imbalance in the body doshas, dhatus. The imbalance of Dosha dhatus leads to diseases.

The process which corrects the imbalance of the Dosha dhatu malas in the diseased body to get the happy Ayush with the help of the Best Doctor, Best Medicine, and Best Medical Assistance is called Treatment.
